Hair, it has just as much relevance as any item you wear. Regardless of race or culture our hair is very a important part of our appearance. From it's texture to the way it looks,to the way we feel about it and even how others few it.

Hair is a big DEAL.
I know this may seem a bit random but I just came from the barbershop a few hours ago after trying this new barber because I couldn't make it down south Philly to my regular barber who cuts at this shop called BEAUTIFUL BEGINNINGS and when I came home I saw a clip about Chris Rocks new movie.
Its basically a documentary on the question- WHAT IS GOOD HAIR?
Its focus is on all cultures ( I think) but from what I gather he is specifically evaluating the hair of African Americans.
Throughout my life I have seen every single female in my family ether get a perm , or get some weave put in and I've always wondered why they have to do it . Why not rock out with what the good lord gave you , be natural.
All hair is beautiful, especially black hair , I just think that we as a people just have to learn what to do with it. We let stereotypes and media images brainwash us into believing that something is wrong with our hair
